Exercise helps de-stress

When I find myself starting to stress out or feel my shoulders start to tense up, I get on the bike and ride like a mad woman! :) When I’m finished, I feel so relaxed. They say it takes 21 consecutive days to build a habit. I haven’t exercised everyday, but have made a commitment to exercise at least three times a week. I’ve noticed an increase in my energy level and I’m more focused.

true true. after running and running, i feel refreshed and ready to sleep! habits are harder to start than they are to break!
