My solution was to take a deep breath and do a little bit of meditation...calling the Universe and asking for strength in this situation. My first thought was to delete the comment, but instead I replied asking the person for their help. If anything it helped alleviate any misgivings I had about the person.
When you start to feel angered by somone who offers a rude comment, I do recommend trying the "Count to 10" method and just let all that negative energy float away. Imagine a big puff of smoke just thinning out and disappearing in the wind...
