Think Positive and You Will Be Positive!

When you wake up in the morning, what are your first thoughts? Are you dreading going to work? Do you worry about something that needs to be done that day? Or do you wake up and think, “This is a GREAT day!” I hope it’s the latter that goes through your mind. Did you know that your first thoughts of the day affect how your day is going to be?

If you’ve been reading my blog for some time now, you know that I truly believe that your thoughts manifest themselves into your physical reality - that’s why you really should choose your thoughts carefully. It takes some discipline to be able to control your thoughts, but with much practice it will come easily. It’s good to get into the habit of meditating in the morning because that will allow you to practice thinking about “nothing”. After some time of having a clear mind, I start to invite good thoughts to come into my head. Positive affirmations I like to say to myself are:

“I am prosperous and healthy” “God provides for me every day in every way” “Today is a GOOD day!”

Think positive and you will be positive!

Great reminders Maria to be positive. I try to think of my first thoughts of the day as my conscious intentions for the day and reminders to be used later throughout the day. I agree with you. Stay positive!

I believe that maintaining a positive attitude towards everything that happens in our life makes room for more good to come into our life! Negative energy blocks the good while positive energy attracts it...

I love this! Yes! Yes! Thinking positively is a good habit to get into and like any habit it can take time for it to stick... but repetition is key. Positive thinking has made such a huge difference in my life!

And... so glad to see you saw the post about Good Mag. I just love to see postive influences like this popping up!
