1. Meditation. Meditating every morning and night has helped tremendously in my energy levels. Even during the day as I sit in front of the computer I will take 5 minutes to do a deep breathing exercise. I close my eyes and as I breathe in, I say to myself, "I am now breathing in positive energy..."2. Exercise. I used to exercise everyday when I was in my 20's, but now it's more like 3 times a week. Even a walk around the block is enough to get the blood circulating and keep me energized. You'll notice a change in your attitude when you exercise!
3. Eat right. Get good portions of vegetables and fruits - organic is best!
4. Take vitamins. I found out about this website, Choice Nutritionals, that offers Natural Vitality vitamins and organic essential oils that dissolves energy blocks.
