Treat Your Body As A Temple

This is an issue that we all deal with on a daily basis. We all eat food and sometimes what we put into our bodies isn't exactly healthy for us. However, it doesn't even have to be food. Many of us poison our bodies with drugs or overconsumption of alcohol.

Having a healthy body does lead to happiness. When you're healthy, you have more energy. When you have more energy, you are able to enjoy the things you do in life. It all starts with being conscious about what you put into your body and making the right choices about what to eat. This is an area that was a challenge for me because for a long time I ate whatever I wanted. I still eat fast food (love McDonald's fries!), but it's something I eventually want to get away from completely. I've cut down a great deal on eating out and I've seen a huge difference in my energy levels. Nowadays I buy organic food and don't eat as much beef or pork.

Create Peaceful Environments

Negative energy in work or home environments can be detrimental to your health and state of mind. Oftentimes people are not even aware of this negative energy because they've lived with it for so long.
