Remember When You Attracted All That Money?

I've been a fan of Joe Vitale's for quite awhile now. I admire how he's been able to go from being homeless to living "the good life" and pursuing his passions.

In Joe's recent blog post, Remembering Your Future Past, he shares with us a process that he uses to accomplish a goal. It's along the same lines as "acting as if" you've already reached the goal, except that you take it one step further. Now you're going to remember that moment in all its glory and reminisce about it.

Remember when you effortlessly attracted that money you now have?

How did you feel?

What were you wearing that day?

What did you do with the money?

I know that when I do this process, I feel no resistance. There's no feeling of wanting, hoping, or wondering if it will happen. It did happen...and it felt so good!

I agree with Mike Robbins when he said in his article, The Law of Attraction: How to Act 'As If':
"There is a big difference between knowing something and living it."

It's Bigger Than You Could Ever Imagine

If you haven't heard about this already, I highly recommend reading about the ex-homeless man, Ted Williams, who has captured the hearts of millions of people with his "golden" voice: Golden-Voiced Homeless Man Captures Internet

I was so touched and inspired by Ted's story. He is a perfect example of the endless possibilities that are available.

He said that what has happened to him is bigger than what he ever imagined.  It's a great reminder to stay positive and let the imagination run wild!  Dream big!  What God has in store for you is even bigger :)

How to Turn a Financial Crisis into Financial Abundance

Abundance of Money
This is a guest article by Tony Mase...

Not long ago, I received the following question from one of my newsletter subscribers:

"I am facing a financial crisis. I have big issues with money. It is disturbing my mental health and I am not able to focus on my daily life."

"My wife is also panicking and we are constantly fighting. She is having a huge anxiety attack on a daily basis."

"Everything is falling apart. Please help. What should I do?"

Here's my advice...

First, stop thinking and talking about your "financial crisis". Really! The more you think about it and the more you talk about it, the "worse" it's going to get.

Instead, form a clear and definite "vision" of *exactly* what you want your life to look like, financially and otherwise. If it's a "joint vision" you can both agree upon, so much the better. Then, focus your thoughts and speech there from that point on. Again, if you're *both* doing this, so much the better.

Second, treat your personal finances like a business. When a business faces a "financial crisis", they essentially have two choices. One, increase revenue (income). Two, decrease expenses (outgo). Usually they choose some combination of the two. What they don't do, if they want to stay in business anyway, is sit around talking about their "financial crisis". They *DO* something about it!

There are all sorts of ways to make extra money fast if you'll but look for them (you won't "see" them if you're not) and just be eliminating all the financial "waste" in your life, odds are, if you're anything like most folks, you can significantly improve your financial situation without having to "sacrifice" your current lifestyle.

Warning! It's imperative you act from a position of creating financial abundance, *not* from a position of financial lack or scarcity.

Third, have faith. Faith you not only can and will realize your "vision" of what you want, but you *ARE* realizing it *NOW*.

However, I need to warn you, because this is where most folks "drop the ball", as it says in the Book of James:

Faith without works is dead!

All the faith in the world without *action* to back it up will do little, if anything, to improve your financial situation.

Here's the bottom line...

Whatever you focus on tends to expand in your life.

If your thoughts and actions are focused on "financial crisis", that's *exactly* what you'll have in your life..."financial crisis".

Whereas, on the other hand...

If your thoughts and actions are focused on financial abundance, that's *exactly* what you'll have in your life...financial abundance.

The choice is yours...

Make it a good one! :-)

Inspiring Thoughts: Allowing the Masterpiece to Unfold

A Blank Canvas

Today begins a New Year - a New You. There's a blank canvas just waiting for you to create whatever you want to.

When I start a new piece of art, I usually don't have a plan. I just go with the flow and create whatever feels good at the moment. I'll just start painting and let the art unfold. Creative abandon takes over and I'm fully engaged in what I'm doing.

In a way, that's how I've been living my life for the past year. I don't really have a plan, per se. Instead, I've been going with the flow and living in the moment.

Some people may think that's an irresponsible way to live. After all, don't you need a plan to get anywhere in life?

In my early 20's I had my life planned out. I was going to be married and have two kids by the time I was 25. I was also going to get my college degree and become a successful child psychologist.

Well, that didn't happen - except for the college degree part, but it took longer than expected. Oh, but I digress.

What I've discovered is that life is like the pieces of art that I create. Every day or every year I get a blank canvas to start over to create whatever I want. So I dive in and go with the flow. I do what feels good in the moment...and the better I feel, the more the art takes shape and eventually turns into something beautiful.  Even though I didn't plan it out, the piece of art is full of passion, joy, and fun.  After all, isn't that how life is supposed to be?

Windows of Inspiration

I'm not saying that you shouldn't have plans or goals/resolutions.  If that works for you, then keep doing what you do.  I'm just saying that life is about allowing things to just unfold.  Don't worry about the details.  Have fun.  Be in the moment.

At the same time, know that the paintbrush is in your hands.  You have the power to write or paint in whatever you want for your life.  Maybe you want more love, peace, or joy.... Those things you do have control over.

Are you allowing the masterpiece to unfold?  What will you be painting into your life?
