People always ask me how I’m always able to see the silver lining in seemingly negative situations or think more positively despite what’s going on around me.
Believe me, it’s taken a great deal of work and practice to get to a point where I can step back from chaos and find something positive to look at, no matter how small it is.
I’ve developed a habit of meditating and watching inspiring videos on Youtube first thing in the morning when I wake up. For many years now I've been using subliminal videos for positive thinking and creating an abundant mindset. As I’ve talked about before, subliminal messages have helped me get rid of negative thoughts and limiting beliefs.

How exactly do subliminal messages work to control behavior?
Subliminal messages are affirmations presented through audio or visual stimuli that go beyond your conscious awareness, but is perceived by your subconscious.
Your subconscious mind is so powerful. It can pick up so many things in your environment that you may not even be paying attention to.
If you are watching a video on attracting more wealth and you heard the affirmation “I am a millionaire”, your conscious mind might resist that statement and say, “That’s not true!”. However, if that same statement was presented as a subliminal message, it would be accepted by the subconscious without any rebuttal.
The subconscious mind is the part of you that is connected to your intuition and Divine power. That’s the best way I can describe it. The subconscious doesn’t understand positive or negative. It doesn’t know what is real or imagined either. Your subconscious influences your behavior based on the messages that are given to it.
As we go throughout life, our minds are constantly being programmed with positive and negative messages. Emotions get tied to these messages, which creates a vibration and then are stored by the subconscious mind. If you program your mind the right way, you can experience more positivity and abundance. However, if you were programmed with the wrong messages growing up, you could believe that money is evil and being poor is the right way to live. (One of the biggest lies ever told!)
Reprogram your mind for positive thinking
They say that it takes about 21 days to develop a habit, so if you want to become a more positive thinker, I recommend watching the video I shared above every day for at least three weeks to reprogram your mind.
