I r...As I read over your list, #4 leapt out at me. I realize that there are still subtle ways I seek external approval, even tho I have a healthy self-esteem. I'm aware that I do this in the small stuff, more than the big. As example, I have to make a slight change in travel plans later this month. It means rearranging dates with a number of people. Already I'm concerned about how they will respond. And that's a waste of my precious energy!! The change in plans has come from my changing my priorties on what is most important to me and my family.
